These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of 60-0 (b60-0.com, the "Service") operated by nowX LLC (合同会社nowX). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service offers a fantasy-sports-style game using historical B.LEAGUE statistics and a match prediction feature, provided through the website (b60-0.com) and the SIXTYZERO mobile app (App Store / Google Play). It is not affiliated with the B.LEAGUE or any related organizations.
Users may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with an Apple or Google account. Users are responsible for managing their own account credentials.
We may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if fraudulent use or a violation of these Terms is detected.
The Service offers a paid "Reroll Boost" feature. For details on pricing, content, and refund conditions, please see the "Commercial Disclosure" page.
In the SIXTYZERO app, paid features are offered as in-app purchases on the App Store / Google Play. Payments and refunds for in-app purchases follow each store's policies.
Purchasers must be 18 years or older, or have obtained parental or guardian consent.
The Service lets you post or set prediction comments, play comments, a display name, and a profile picture ("User Content"). User Content is visible to other users.
You must not post User Content that:
• Defames, threatens, harasses, or discriminates against others
• Contains obscene or excessively violent material
• Impersonates another person
• Infringes the rights of third parties (including copyright, likeness, and privacy)
• Is spam, unrelated advertising, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by the operator
If we determine that User Content violates or may violate these Terms, we may remove or hide it without prior notice, and may suspend or delete the account of the user who posted it.
The Service provides a feature to report inappropriate User Content and a block feature that hides a specific user's content from your view. We review reports and take action as needed, including removal, hiding, and account suspension.
Users must not:
• Use automated tools, bots, or similar means to access or scrape data
• Place excessive load on servers or networks
• Infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
• Manipulate rankings or scores by illegitimate means
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Engage in any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the operator
All intellectual property rights to the Service's programs, design, and text belong to the operator. Player names, team names, and statistical data are used for reporting and statistical purposes.
Copyright in User Content remains with the user who posted it. However, you grant the operator a royalty-free licence to use User Content to the extent necessary to provide and operate the Service (including displaying it, reproducing it, and using it in aggregates such as accuracy rates).
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or continuity of the Service.
The Service may be suspended or terminated without prior notice for maintenance or due to technical issues.
We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for paid features is limited to the amount paid for the relevant purchase.
We may revise these Terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tsukuba Summary Court or the Mito District Court as the court of first instance.
